Made to order, shipped from the USA

Printed after you order it, at a facility in the United States. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, standard US shipping adds 2 to 5 more. Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days of purchase. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, and standard US shipping takes 2 to 5 once it's on the truck. These are estimates rather than promises, and busy seasons run longer. Alaska, Hawaii and the territories add transit time.

Do you ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses?

Yes. Military mail moves through USPS and usually takes 15 to 30 business days after production. Tracking often goes quiet once your package reaches the military mail hub. It's still moving, the updates just aren't.

Why might my order arrive in more than one package?

Different product types are sometimes printed at different facilities around the US, and each one ships the moment it's done rather than waiting around for the others. You'll get tracking for every package.

Returns

Built around making it right

Made to order means there's no shelf to restock, so we don't do change-of-mind returns. If what arrives is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it without making you work for it.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email us at support@flagandfortitude.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you don't need to ship anything back.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don't offer size exchanges for made-to-order items, which is why the size chart is worth thirty seconds before you buy. If we sent a different size than you ordered, that's our mistake and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Only in the short window before production starts, usually a few hours. Email us at support@flagandfortitude.store immediately and we'll try to catch it. Once a printer has your order, nobody can un-print a shirt.

Sizing & Fit

Measure once, order once

Made-to-order items can't be swapped for a different size, so the size chart is the best tool either of us has. It's right next to the size selector, with flat measurements for this exact garment.

Do your shirts run true to size?

Most of our apparel runs true to size with a standard unisex fit, and every product page states the exact garment it's printed on. See the size chart and product features when uncertain. Between sizes or prefer it looser? Size up.

How do I pick the right size?

Open the size chart, then grab a similar shirt you already own and like. Lay it flat, measure the chest width and length, and match the numbers. Measuring a shirt you trust beats guessing every time.

Do you carry larger sizes?

Available sizes vary by garment, and everything offered is shown in the size selector. If the size you need isn't there for a design you want, tell us. That's how the catalog learns.

Printed in the USA

Printed in the USA, no exceptions

Every Flag & Fortitude design is printed at a US facility, by American workers, using direct-to-garment printing on premium blanks. The ink bonds into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it, so the print moves with the shirt instead of fighting it.

Some of those blanks are made overseas, which is true of nearly every apparel brand in your closet. We'd rather tell you that plainly than hide behind a vague label. Printing here costs more. We think it's worth it.
